Dim Sum is a Hong Kong thing. And it's really an awesome thing to have roast pork in chinese mustard and char siu bau's and choy sum all the way here. The dumpling skins are treated with things like black sesame oil to make things like the penguin dumpling....amazing.
Seriously I thought I could really rock eating the dumplings but after a while you really can have too many.
