I make turkey meatloaf, but ...I looooove meatloaf. I make turkey meatloaf, but always add a little bit of butter to the mix for moisture and flavor. Then I glaze it with a mixture of ketchup and brown sugar and broil it for the last minute or so, so it gets all caramelized.
